Service Description

  1. You confirm that any data, information, design drawings (2D drawings, 3D drawings) and documents uploaded or inputted to this website have obtained the consent and permission of all relevant third parties；
  2. If you do not propose or mark special tolerances, for different processing methods, we will carry out production and processing based on the “default standards”. You need to ensure that the information submitted in the order (including price, specifications, tolerances, quantity, etc.) is accurate and complete before payment. Once the order is confirmed and payment is completed, the order cannot be modified or the specifications changed; Click to view the “Production Guide”；
  3. Due to current technological limitations, it may not be possible to manufacture certain components according to your specifications or it may not be commercially feasible. We will contact you and, with your approval, we and our partners reserve the right to manufacture components with different materials and/or switch to another production technology, and make any modifications to the order based on this decision (such as changing the price, delivery period, etc.). You agree to pay to LiPu Intelligent Manufacturing the price difference that may arise due to the modification of the order;
  4. Unless explicitly agreed by Leanplans Intelligent Manufacturing in advance, orders on this website should be paid in full at one time, and the order will be arranged for production after payment. According to your application request, we will issue an invoice within 15 working days after shipment;
  5. Within three working days after the delivery of the components (“warranty period”), if you find that the components do not meet the applicable specification requirements in all significant aspects, please contact us immediately within the “warranty period”.
