Receipt and Inspection

  1. We attach great importance to the production quality of components. If you have no special agreement, we will implement the “default quality inspection”, and we will arrange for shipment only after the quality inspection is qualified. Click to view the “Production Guide”
  2. Once the components are dispatched, you will receive a “shipment notification”. You can view the logistics details and follow up on the logistics progress on the order page;
  3. You can sign for receipt in person or entrust others to sign for receipt on your behalf. The signature of the entrusted person is regarded as the signature of the consignee himself/herself. When you or the entrusted person signs for receipt, the items should be inspected;
  4. If you find the items inconsistent when signing for receipt, you have the right to refuse to sign for the items and contact us for handling immediately; For items that need to be signed for first and then the package is opened for inspection, the consignee should require the carrier to supervise on the spot and open the package for inspection. If the items are found to be inconsistent, the detailed situation should be noted on the signed receipt (the consignee’s copy and the carrier’s copy) and have the carrier sign for confirmation or return the items directly;
  5. If the consignee refuses to sign for the items without justified reasons, the return shipping cost will be borne by you.
